Dr. Mills’ Endorsed Aesthetic Fellowship

As a Fellowship-trained plastic surgeon with more than three decades in practice, Dr. Daniel C. Mills is honored to offer his own Endorsed Surgical Fellowship program.

Once a year in the summertime, Dr. Mills selects one board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon to take part in a 12-month comprehensive training program at Aesthetic Plastic Surgical Institute. During this time, the Fellow will adhere to a curriculum endorsed by The Aesthetic Society^® that allows him or her to obtain hands-on experience in the world of aesthetic surgery. The curriculum was developed to help Fellows learn to provide unmatchable patient care and deliver superb aesthetic results.

Fellows are given the opportunity to operate in the emergency room and hospital while under Dr. Mills’ expert tutelage. While the Fellow will not operate on Dr. Mills’ existing patients, he or she will observe Dr. Mills’ surgeries and have the opportunity to recruit his or her own patients.

Endorsed Aesthetic Surgery Fellowships are highly exclusive, with only a few dozen established surgeons chosen to conduct one of the programs every year. If you are selected as a Fellow at Aesthetic Plastic Surgical Institute, you can expect to receive intensive training in:

Aesthetic breast, facial, and body contouring surgeries
Injectables (including BOTOX^® Cosmetic and dermal fillers)
Non-surgical treatments such as laser skin rejuvenation and CoolSculpting^®
Communication between medical professionals
Patient satisfaction and bedside manner
Pre- and post-operative care
The day-to-day management of a private plastic surgery clinic

To qualify for an Endorsed Aesthetic Fellowship, applicants must have completed a Plastic Surgery Residency in an accredited ACGME program.
